PU Injection Waterproofing
Used in the industry to stop the water leakage. It has the hydrophobic characteristic. It is widely used to repairs the cracks in concretes and honey combed concrete by pressuring the chemical into the defect areas.
Working Process
Drilling
Drill a hole into the affected area in a 45° angled hole through the suspected crack area.
Injection Ports
Insert and tighten a metal injection port into the cored hole.
Grouting Using A High Pressure Grouting Machine
High pressure grouting machine is being used to inject the PU grout into the concrete via the injection ports.
Removal of Injection Ports
After the grouting process has ended and grout has dried, the injection ports must all be removed.
Sealing Up
The cored holes will be sealed up together with waterproof cement compound.
