No. The 25% rebate is a one-time welcome benefit and applies only to the first confirmed waterproofing project with ARCHTECH.

No. The offer is tied to the registered company entity and is not transferable.

There is no fixed minimum stated, but the project must be a confirmed waterproofing job accepted by ARCHTECH.

Yes. The 25% first-project rebate is separate from the annual rebate. Eligible companies may still qualify for the 5% or 10% annual rebate based on total fully paid project value within the calendar year.

The annual rebate is calculated based on the total fully paid project value accumulated within the calendar year, from 1 January to 31 December.

Eligible rebates will be released by 15 January of the following year.

  • Elite — RM100,000 and above: 10% rebate
  • Standard — RM99,999 and below: 5% rebate

No. Only fully paid projects within the calendar year will be included in the rebate calculation.

Companies with outstanding payments or late payment records will forfeit their rebate entitlement.

The rebate is calculated based on the company entity, not individual designers.

No. Each year’s rebate is calculated independently and cannot be carried forward.

No. Eligible rebates will be calculated and processed by ARCHTECH based on recorded project payments.
